When I took over this established office it was like walking back in time. The decor, the smell, and the grossly inefficient use of square footage made working here difficult. The project manager was a master at keeping the crew on task and on time, making sure they cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. There were times I changed my mind during construction and every single issue I brought up was answered with an immediate “that’s no problem” and would usually be acted upon within 24 hours.
